Damn Tourists

Our job meant welcoming strangers to our neck of the woods, the lake, and the river. We provided instructions on where to stay and what to do, where to fish and how to catch it, hiking spots, hole-in-the-wall eating spots, and the plants and critters to watch out for. And we dealt with emergencies, like bears, boaters, and, the most dangerous, Fourth-of-Julyers.
